Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings
Beetroot, chestnut & goats’ cheese wellington with sautéed potatoes, kale and a balsamic reduction
Pan fried halibut with a parsnip puree, verjuice & spring onion sauce and new potatoes
Pan roasted venison steak on baked polenta with a rich red wine & dark chocolate sauce and fine green beans



Traditional Christmas pudding with a warm brandy sauce
Bailey’s crème brûlée with homemade chocolate shortbread
A selection of Isle of Wight cheeses with a caramelised red onion chutney, celery and frozen grapes
